I am Jesse Duncan. For the last ten years I have built software for large organizations, where it has to stay up, stay secure and keep working when thousands of people depend on it.
I started Flat Rock Web Company to bring that standard to small businesses. Most owners I talk to have been burned before: a site a relative built that nobody can update, a designer who stopped answering, a platform that kept raising the price. You should not have to worry about any of that.

Work I've done for larger clients
Built the back end of an AI system that answers a large energy company's due diligence questions from deal documents, with the sources cited. The typical turnaround went from 12 days to 3.
Wrote the compliance evidence for the approval process in a large company's treasury system, and fixed the gaps it turned up.
Led development of six web applications for a statewide college system, used by 80,000 to 200,000 students, including secure card payments.
Made a slow system load in under 2 seconds instead of 60, and cut another company's server usage by 30 percent with no downtime.
